Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
